I really liked this place until last week. My husband lost his job in June. Took a 10 dollar pay cut to get a job. When I went to the doctor's office they told I had to pay 100 dollars or go home. No refill just black mailed me into giving them my water bill money. Or I could have been without my med. Not happy will never tell anyone to go here.

This is an exceptional medical practice that provides consistent care, consult and concern for their patients well being. If you need a medical procedure you should come here.
From top to bottom they demonstrate concern for their patients and the best medical practices. I've been a patient for a year and a half after having been to other practices in another part of the country. Newbridge is superior on many levels and I can recommend them without reservation.
I particularly appreciate the greater flexibility patients have scheduling appointments. Elsewhere, you are given a date and a time and there's no discussion or flexibility whatsoever. Here, they do what they can within reason to accommodate you. And appointments are actually on time. They send appointment reminders and confirmation requests--everything is very professional handled.
The medical procedures I've had done here were much less aversive than elsewhere. What a relief. Of course, I can only speak for myself, but as you read other reviews keep in mind that sometimes patients at pain management clinics come with unrealistic wish lists for RX, or for the compliance issues that are legally required. The doctors and professional staff are exceptional. The ground rules are standard practice. You should know both of those things going in.

I’ve always thought about respect as common decency, and the right thing to do. This establishment has a complete lack of respect, compassion, care and empathy. The obligation of treating me, as a patient, attentively and conscientiously was missing. Nurse Kristi refused to listen to me and raised her voice aggressively to make her point the only point. When I tried to explained my concern about my condition she shut me down. I left the clinic experiencing fear, anger, shame, confusion, uncertainty, isolation, self-doubt, depression and of course crying in distress. Nobody, not her, neither any of the staff care about it. I hope this review helps someone.

Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. They are caring, kind, and prompt. I also love how nice the front desk staff are.
