Dr. Kroll answers all of your questions and we are very happy with his medical advice. Based on his medical practice in his office, I would give him 5 stars. Two stars are awarded here because (1) excessive wait when you come in for an appointment - I had to wait 2 hours recently, (2) difficult to get them to call back during the week, and (3) most importantly, I made four calls to the on call doctor over a 5 hour period on a Saturday because of severe (cancer related) pain and no on call physician returned the call. If not for the fact that he is a very nice person who provides excellent care in his office, he would get one star.

Have been a patient of Dr.Avernaghi for almost 20yrs. I have always been treated with respect, kindness and compassion. He is very knowledgable and has helped me not just with physical pain but also all of the emotional issues that accompany chronic pain. My son has been seeing him as well. He and his staff are top notch. Don't know where we would be without them.

Dr. Kroll and his staff have been a huge help to me. Suffering from severe spinal issues, I was referred to the pain management group by my Neurosurgeon. Dr. Kroll has been a great addition to my health team, helping with various recommendations and a kind demeanor. I strongly recommend Dr. Kroll.

This place is terrible, stay far far away. On top of this they dont pick up the phone, respond to emails, or care about patients. Horrible customer service.

Dr Larkin is the most caring and brilliant doctor. You may have to wait for him but that’s because he’s taking his time with a patient before you and he will not shorten your appointment. He has never hit a vetrebral artery.
