This hospital is top notch! I would give it a 10 star rating if that were possible. My husband had an emergency surgery and follow up care. For eight days the entire staff was stupendous! Everyone was ready to cover anything needed. I cannot tell you how well cared for he was. My deepest appreciation for all of the doctors, nurses, techs — all the way down to the cleaning service. A SHOUTOUT for a job well done!

If I could leave negative stars I would.
Evan Fitzgerald has brought heartache to our family. He made an unforgiving decision not to help my grandfather while he was in the ER. He had no idea what was going on with him which is what he said to my family. Did he find another doctor and ask for help? No, instead he thought it was best to wait things out to see if that would fix the problem. Not only did My cousins and i lose our grandfather but my grandmother lost her husband and my aunt lost her father. Everyone says their grandfather is the best out there and I feel the same way. He didn’t have to know you to spark up a friendship. He was funny, kind, had the gift of gab and could lighten every dark cloud in the sky. He was one of a kind. He was special and rare and because Dr. Fitzgerald didn’t put much thought into what was best for my grandfather, he got to decide his fate. I’ll never forget that night for as long as I live. I’ve lost all hope in that Doctors are supposed to save lives, not take them. No sorry, no remorse, just living his life as if nothing happened. If you’re looking for a doctor who cares about your concerns, choose another. Dr. Fitzgerald will not have your best interest in mind.

If you need to go to hospital for something minor, this is the place to go, even if it's a long drive. I've been here multiple times and was listened to, treated kindly, and my needs were met. All of the staff I encountered was very nice, and very helpful. I left satisfied with my treatment each time. I can not speak to going here for serious emergencies though, because I haven't had cause to use the ED for that, and hopefully never will.

The staff were kind and efficient in diagnosis and prompt treatment. The wait time was reasonable. Loved the Child Life staff who made my son's ER visit less scary. They were quick in coordinating my son's transfer to the INOVA Children's hospital and involved me in their plans throughout. I am a very happy mother with their customer service and would trust them with the care of my loved ones.

I don’t know where these doctors went to med school or where their staff had any education. This hospital is a mess from the doctors to the staff (nursing and administration). If you want medical records after your visit, forget about it. I’ve requested an MRI that was done 3 months ago once a week for the past 3 months. They sure don’t have a problem sending me a bill every other week, but they don’t want to give you the product they’re billing for. I truly don’t understand how these people operate in this demeanor. It’s disrespectful, and very unreasonable. I don’t understand how anyone can tolerate this. I’ve been injured for over 3 months and haven’t been able to get my imaging to any of my follow up doctors, and I have been in chronic pain for that amount of time as well. This doesn’t even outline 1% of my bad experience with this hospital. I can only imagine how poorly other families in the area with worse conditions who have utilized this hospital have been treated. It’s extremely saddening.
