It is disheartening to experience poor service when reaching out this facility for assistance in improving your way of life. I have attempted to make an appointment to see a therapist several time. They have stated they would call back to schedule an appointment after being placed on hold for long periods of time and never call back. Very disappointing. Mental health is important! Shame on whomever is overseeing your operations.

Staff are very mean and don’t want to help you. Most definitely would not recommend them to anyone who actually wants to get better

An amazing place. Amazing staff. Even if tough love is their prerogative.

I completed the PHP program. I think the program is a little juvenile in some aspects - reading worksheets (out loud), making collages, and coloring. I understand they are catering to different backgrounds and education levels, but it seemed a bit silly and basic. Even so, there was some redeeming value. Learning about how to manage negative thoughts has been helpful. Having the time away from work to reset was great as well. Ellen and Keisha were warm and thoughtful, and you can tell they really care.
I wasn't a fan of Dr. N though. I don't think she really looked at the "whole person" or listened to what I was saying. She was basically creating her own narrative to fit a treatment plan that she already had in her head. She didn't change my meds at all, so she was effectively useless in the grand scheme of things.

The office staff was very friendly, helpful and made me feel really comfortable. I found Dr. Nallamothu kind and personable. She was knowledgeable and very detailed and thorough. She really paid attention and took her time but was also very efficient in keeping things moving and taking care of practicalities. I highly recommend her.
