Kastl was condensing, dismissive, and incredibly unhelpful. She didn't listen to my concerns and simply wanted to provide scripts. Overall a disheartening and frustrating experience.

Saw Dr. Lewis Eberly today...new Location for us cause the one closest didn't have a good appt. date. Went for a follow up/follow up after Hospital...good Location, office looked new, the nurse & front desk all kind and wait time was awesome. If I could, I would go back to this location but the Alexandria office is closer. (The office there is great too.) No matter what, Dr. Eberly is all thumbs up in my book. Thank you for today's visit. 👍😊

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to neurology a year ago. I saw Dr.Gupta. For starters he was of no help. I had woken up on morning with the inability to move my right arm. I could hardly feel it and was sent to Neurology from my primary care. I had two seperate appointments with him and he never did anything besides poke me with sharp things and ask me if I could feel it. Some speculation later and he deduced that he had no clue what was wrong with me and suggested some very painful and expensive tests to further figure out the situation. I went to a different neurologist (not in the sane area) and got a second opinion. My problem was solved thanks to the other Doctor I saw and not Gupta. My time with him was money down the drain. I spent more time in the wait room waiting for him more than I spend with him. Appointments only lasted about 10-20 minutes. Lastly, their office is very unorganized. To this day (11/26/18) I am still recieving notice that I had not paid my apppontment fees though I have had multiple confirmations from their office saying that my apppintment thay was on 11/07/17 was paid. This place is horrible. I do not recommend going here.
