Dr. Dicicco is the most compassionate Dr I have ever had. His bedside manner is impeccable. He listens to and answers every question you have. He provides supreme care and personal attention and is thorough. I highly recommend his services.

Avoid. Avoid. We clearly provided all our personal information and insurance information to Katie to make an apt. She asked for our insurance three times and we gave it to her three times. She put us on hold for 20 minutes because she did not believe we had valid private health insurance and she transferred us to Katherine who was even more condescending and made us repeat the information. Katherine put us on hold and transferred us to nurse Amber Brown who was a third person to have trouble making an appointment for a middle age person with valid private insurance. Nurse Brown terminated the call and refused to schedule an appointment. This was the second time calling for the appointment that they had a medical referral for. They speak to patients in a demeaning manner, presuming the individual has never been to any doctor before and has never used insurance before. They clearly do not like their jobs and they do not understand that individuals have serious medical conditions requiring treatment. Thirty minutes of my professional time wasted because receptionists do not know how to make appointments and provide a fax number / email for patients to send in them the insurance information/intake forms. 12 year olds are more competent.

If you enjoy waiting alone in a room for 20mins for a doctor, being rudely told the doctor would be “with you shortly” by the nurses when you poke your head out of the room and ask, meeting with the doctor for less than 5 minutes to get your results, and THEN being charged $200+ for those 5mins...this is the place for you!
And bonus, the doctor you talked to didn’t actually analyze your results, another doctor did. So when you call and inquire about why you were charged another $246 by a doctor you’ve never met, they kindly tell you “that’s how it works”...but again don’t worry, they “understand it is a large bill, but can work with you on a payment plan”.

Never again. Experienced one doctor with poor bedside manner whose comment to a close relative which should have been a private matter she announced to the entire waiting room fueling tragic consequences not long afterwards. For self, poor recoordination of insurance benefits after snoring sleep study interrupted by other surgery with study never happening. Another Privia practice, with some unhappy employees, some unhappy patients/customers.

Everyone at this institution--from the doctors to the receptionists--are some of the most brazenly incompetent individuals I've ever met in my life.
