Too bad they don't make less than 1 star. This company must be run by someone who absolutely has no business sense. They keep leaving messages about some bill that I know nothing about, never answer any calls and don't return calls. So they won't be recieving one penny from me. Since I'm in healthcare I will suggest to administration that we do not use or refer them to our patients.

Nasty and arrogant person on phone. Bad service. Irresponsible. Bad business ethics. How do these people stay in business?
My Doctor FAXed my sleep studies and other relevant medical info to National Respiratory care on 5/17/2019. I did not hear from National. After more than a month, 6/20/2019, I call National Resp. myself. I introduce myself to the person on the phone and inquire if they received my info from the Dr. She says "and?" I ask " did you receive my Dr's FAX and if so I need to make an appointment." After several times giving me the "and?" and "what do you want?", she informs me that "it takes 3 to 4 MONTHS to process the Dr's paperwork" then she transfers me to a dead end answering machine. That was the end of my patient care.
3 to 4 months to just get around the paperwork?
If these people are not interested in patient care, why are they in business? Regardless of the business you are in, good business ethics
are imperative. I want to encourage people NOT to take the abuse from such vendors. Take your health and business elsewhere.
I am taking my business elsewhere.

They never answer the phone. Don't know how you can pay your bill if no one ever answers the phone. Guess they dont likr money.
