Terrible experience. First, I showed up 15 minutes early to do the obvious paperwork, and I had to wait 20 minutes after my actual appointment to go to the back room. Then I literally waited 30 more minutes in a room by myself for the doctor to Grace me with his presence. I knew it was 50 minutes after because I was texting my friends how furious I was...The experience continues, after the doctor walks he says "hey", not apologilizing for making me wait. He sits down and starts to stare at me without saying a word. It was so bizarre, then continued for 30 secs. Then he asked, "Why are you here?". I said "doesn't my chart tell you?" He said "I want you to tell me". I explain that I need my wisdom out and he eventually said he would only pull one of my wisdom teeth. Only one? So I'll have to come back and pay to have the others taken out on a later date I suppose. I argued with him and ask for all them taken out. He said, and I quote "While you are under, if I feel like taking the others out I will". Needless to say ,I am not going to let a late, rude, self important person operate on me. I went down the road to Village Oral and Implant Surgeon and had a completely different experience. Dr. Frank was respectful, professional, and took all three teeth out within the week perfectly! I recovered with 3 days beautiful, and everything is great.

I’m a dentist in Leesburg. I know these surgeons personally as well as professionally and I know their team. Let this speak for itself..... I trust them with my kids, with my own family . They are THE BEST, and the people in their office have heart to serve others. 5 stars all day long!

Very friendly staff put me right at ease and Dr Bluhm did a great job with my wisdom teeth extraction so I experienced almost no pain or swelling.

As an orthodontist, we find it necessary to send our patients to an oral surgeon for extractions of permanent teeth or for restorative implants. This can be a very stressful time for a patient. That is why we send many of our patients to Dr. Dorsch - for his sensitive bedside manner and excellent skills as a surgeon. We have even referred our own friends and family to Dr. Dorsch for their personal oral surgery cases. We at Loudoun Orthodontics highly recommend Loudoun Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for your oral surgery needs.
