Showed up around 5pm with what I suspected were broken ribs. I was taken back almost immediately, the doctor came to examine me within a reasonable amount of time and was very friendly and very thorough. Sent me back for X-rays, and the nurse that took the xrays was very competent and also incredibly kind. They told me I would be waiting for results for 15-20 minutes, we might have waited 15 before the doctor came back and told me the results. I was given very clear instructions for aftercare, was made aware of any potential complications and asked if I had any questions. My total time in there was maybe 1:15. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Will definitely be coming back if I ever have another situation that calls for urgent care.

I went to my regular doctor, last week, and was very sick only to be told once again to “call us in a week if you still feel sick!” My family doctor apparently appreciates billing insurance more than treating me. Anyways, I was still sick a couple days later and went to urgent care. I was seen almost right away (paperwork) and saw the same doctor that treated me almost two years ago for another cold. I was met by caring nurses and a doctor that was INTERESTED in getting me back to health. I left with a diagnosis and a treatment plan, so I could meet my obligations to my family and business quicker; that’s important to me. When others count on you, it’s important that you see people that you can trust.

Dr. Anita CHATMAN even did not bother to see the patient, but charged us and the insurance the full price as if she evaluated the patient. We only spoke to the physician assistant. At the end, she or anyone from the clinic did not bother to call us about the lab results.

Avoid this place!! 1 star for admitting me right before closing (as I noticed another reviewer had said as well, but I can’t go with 2 stars). Had a horrible cold for about a week and went here. Was told I had sinus infection, double ear infections, bacterial infection, etc and was prescribed Amoxicillin. About 4-5 days later symptoms were still very bad. I called back and was told there was nothing else they could do cause if Amoxicillin didn’t solve the issue, it probably wasn’t a bacterial infection but a virus and I would have to deal with it for the next 3-4 weeks.!!??? I went to my primary doctor (INOVA- which I should have gone to in 1st place) and they advised that these places are too conservative with antibiotics and so they prescribed me a much stronger antibiotic. Guess what....1 day later I am already feeling 80% better!!! NEVER will I ever come back here.

I recently started coming here for primary care. It’s so cool that they have urgent care and primary care in the same place. If I am sick or anything I can still come to the same office outside of their PCP times! What an awesome concept. The doctor spends a lot of time understanding everything and isn’t just in and out like some places. I definitely have recommended this place!
