I guess I'm one of the few, but I actually had a wonderful experience, checking in and with the care. We also didn't wait very long but we did expect too especially with it as flu season. We got there when they opened and were seen within 30 minutes. Everyone was pretty nice. Maybe we had a good day? But I think if it takes long with any doctor, maybe they are actually spending quality time with the patients before us which is great. I rather them not rush me in and out.

I'm not sure what location other reviewers are taking about. I had what turned our to be a very serious and painful eye infection and I came in as a walk in patient. Everyone was polite courtesy and more than respectful keeping in mind the challenges of any public facing position. They were able to assist me in getting in to see a specialist the same day in the same location who I also made a follow up appointment with. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

A lot of the patient/provider experience depends on what YOU as the patient bring in terms of attitude, I learned long ago. INVOA Loudoun Family Practice is not perfect, they have lapses in customer service as every place does, but they try hard and care. If you want a bad experience try Loudoun Medical Group. They will treat you rudely then screw up your billing. That's why I switched! Some of these 1 star givers by all indications are just shevas and Hevas.

Bad experience for physical check. Long waiting time even with appointment. For my physical check visit, they made several mistakes in a row which made my experience horrible. If you have any other choice, go there instead. When making appointment they did not tell me to fast but asked if I fast when I checked in. My appointment was at 3 pm. Not eating anything until 3pm? Because I didn't fast, I had to come back the next morning to do blood work. I made appintment for that when checking out. It turned out they failed to made the appointment for me. When I noticed that the next morning from their online portal, I called them and they asked me to do it at 10am. I complained and they finally put me back to 9:30am. I came to the office, it turned out that made a mistake again on my insurance again. I had to wait and wait for them to correct their mistake. The simple 5 minutes blood work took me a total of 1 hour in the office!

I was seen by Leah (NP)on Wednesday for a UTI. I called twice today on Friday left two messages regarding the script she wrote. What I do not like is when you call, the call goes to the central scheduling, who knows if the provider gets the message. Very poor customer service!
