I’m writing this review as a moral duty to help someone else. Please stay away from this office. I concur with a lot of what the other negative reviews previously asserted. I’m here to confirm that most of their statements are true. The office staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. This office sees you as a commodity and a tool to make money. They’re are like vultures out to get every penny they can get from you and mostly your insurance. They will go to the extent of lying to you, creating fear and panic in you, so you can agree to do extra tests and medical procedures you do not need, just to suck the life out of your insurance. Again do yourself a favor by staying away from this office.

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. If you are looking for a practice that values and treats patients with respect then stay far away from this place. When I tried to schedule an appt with one of their doctors I had seen in the past I found out that it was going to be over a month out to get an appointment so they scheduled that and then offered for me to see one of his nurse practitioners a little sooner so I went ahead and decided to see her. Upon arrival of my appointment I find out that she had already taken back a patient that was scheduled after me just because she was there early. So I had to wait an extra half hour with my 4 month only baby for my appointment. Fast forward a few weeks later when I called to get some test results I was met with very uncalled for attitude from whoever was the receptionist on the phone and I find out they cancelled the appointment I had to see an actual Dr at their practice because I saw the nurse. So they took it upon their self to cancel an appointment I have waited over a month for and then (with rude attitude) she tells me well it’s up to me if I now I was to schedule a new appointment. Unreal! I am so done with this practice. They are beyond unprofessional and treat their patients like a number. Do yourself a favor and never go to this practice!

Let me just start off by saying if I could leave no stars I would! My Mother met with Dr.Kim in March for an office visit to schedule a colonoscopy. They told her they would call her back to give her a set date for her procedure, which they never did. So my Mother took the initiative to call their office back about a Month later, and they gave her a date for July 10th. My Mother took the appropriate steps of taking the prep, and the next day she went to the hospital to have her procedure. When she arrived, she was informed that she was not on the schedule, and they told her the Dr. was on vacation. My Mother was highly upset, and I'm sure anyone would be as taking a prep kit for a colonoscopy is pretty rough. After they watched my Mother cry and told her she would have to reschedule her appointment, the procedure scheduler kept apologizing and telling my Mom she was sorry. SORRY DOES NOT CUT IT SWEETHEART!!!! They also told her that she could go to Warrenton have the procedure there, but her insurance would not cover it at that facility. BECAUSE THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE TO GO TO AN OFFICE AND PAY OUT OF POCKET....NOT!!!!! So My Mother rescheduled her appointment for the end of July. July 30th to be exact, which would be today. The office called my Mother Friday July 26th and confirmed her appointment for Today. On Monday July 29th they called and said she would have to cancel her procedure, due to her insurance not being in network. WTF?!?! Luckily she had not taken the prep again or this review may have been worse. This practice is highly unprofessional, and I hope no one has to endure the stress that my Mother did. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this practice as possible!

I have been having issues for a few years now and they never allow me to see a doctor and talk about my options, it's always the NP. Only time I saw the doctor was during the colonoscopy. Never spoke to him again and I still have problems. What kind of doctor office doesnt allow their patients to speak to the doctor. Please, find an office that allows one on one with the doctor. BTW - I just called to request a one on one with a doctor and the front desk said all the doctors are booked up until August and the books are not open for August yet, but you can see the NP. SMDH I may be dead by then.
