I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The front desk staff has been positive and helpful and all the doctors I've met with have been professional and kind as I've been trying to work through some medical issues.
They came highly recommended by a friend and now I can absolutely say that I am happy to have taken the advice!

I made a new patient appointment in November with Dr. Justice, based on my primary care doc’s recommendation, and the first available appointment was in mid January. They sent a message through the My Chart app on December 27 that Dr. Justice was “no longer available” and that they’d unsuccessfully tried to reach me “at the number that was available” but I’d now have to wait until February or March for another appointment. As an INOVA patient, they have ALL my contact info. They even have my husband’s contact info and I’ve authorized him as a contact person so I don’t understand what the problem was. I didn’t see the notification until the weekend. I shouldn’t have learned of the cancellation this way and they should have made every effort to reschedule me in January. It wasn’t my cancellation. I was already eager for the long wait of the January appointment, as I’m struggling with an ongoing issue and have added a new one since. Now, I have to wait a month or two longer because of their own cancellation? In my profession, and if I’d cancelled an appointment, I’d be held accountable for that unacceptable wait time and I’m not even dealing with people’s health. The reviews indicate this is an issue with this clinic, which means they have a problem providing consistent care to their patients. I’ll look elsewhere for a clinic that makes patient care a priority. The doc may be great but what good is a doc if they won’t see you in a timely way and their staff leaves you hanging? I guess I dodged a bullet. I’d rather know they operate this way now than later.

Really bad experience. Unprofessional, long wait time, last minute cancellations. Find a better practice to go to

I previously gave 1 star rating due to horrible customer service over the phone. Once I actually went in to see the doctor for the first time, it was a much better experience. The front desk staff was polite and respectful and my doctor made me feel at ease. I've been back twice now and had the same wonderful experience in person. Maybe the phone appointment is a call center. :-)

I just made my first appointment with one of the MD's. I hope the doctors have better communication skills. The person that I spoke to needs a little bit of education in how to communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
