If I could rate 0 stars I would. Called Mon 7:30 AM asking a prescription to be filled. Was told the Dr or pharmacy would call back. Called again Mon 3:30 PM requesting an update. Was told my "request" would be updated to high priority but that I should know that they have 72 hours to respond?!?! Called on Wed at 2 PM and no one had yet to see the request, was told my request was not properly sent and that it would be escalated... again. I don't think they know what escalate really means. If you value your health and the health of your loved ones or if just want basic patient care you may want to consider going elsewhere. I've just changed primary care physicians as a result of this pathetic excuse for a professional medical practice.

All I can say is stay away from this ER! The staff are rude and Dr. Nicholas Hogan is by far the rudest and most uncaring Dr that I have ever had. He spent a total of 5 minutes with me in the 5 hours that I was there. Please just stay away from here!

We have consistently had wonderful experiences here! We have had to use the ER several times between 5 family members, and they are always compassionate, encouraging, sensitive, attentive and as timely as possible. We also go to the primary care, and have had really good experiences there.

The experience we have is worse than a highway rubbery. I took my son to the ER to replace the tube, and they sent us back because they did not have a tube he needed, so we went to the hospital the next day for that purpose. He was not sick or had absolutely no other problem to be there. I was very explicit that we would go the hospital if they dont have the tube, but they mention they would replace the tube for us. We trusted them and waited a bit after registration. Once he was on bed, they realized they don’t have a tube, so they measured his temperature and sent us back suggesting to go the hospital. But they were clever enough to misuse the visit code and billed my insurance as well as me with $150 copay. I reached out to them multiple times asking for bill clarification but they kept mentioning it is unfair for me to pay the bill, and transfer the call here and there. I am going to pay this bill as they have sent me the final notice and dump this place. What an unethical and illegal practice. They should be investigated.
